4 cooked, boneless chicken breast halves, cubed
2 Tbs olive oil
5 15 oz cans Great Northern beans, drained
2 4.5 oz cans diced green chilies
1 med onion, chopped
3 cups chicken broth
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (or more to taste)
1/4 tsp salt
3 cloves garlic, minced
sour cream, Monterey jack cheese and avocado slices to top, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a large pot over med heat. Add onions and garlic and saute until tender. Add chicken, broth, chilies, spices, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and add beans. Add more liquid if needed. Simmer for 20-30 minutes until heat thoroughly. Serve and top as desired.
