20 graham crackers finely crushed (1½ - 2 cups)
1 cup chopped nuts
6 oz mini-chocolate chips
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup half & half cream
¼ cup butter

FROSTING
1-2 cups powdered sugar
2 heaping tbsp soft butter
½ tsp almond extract
½ tsp vanilla
1-2 tbsp cream - enough to thin for spreading

Directions:

Cream sugar and butter. Add cream and cracker crumbs. Stir in nuts and chips. Fill bonbon paper cups almost full. Place close together on a baking sheet and bake at 375º for 10-12 minutes - just until setup. Makes 40-45 minutes. Frost with powdered sugar frosting.
