- 1 1/4 cups milk, warmed
- 1 egg, beaten slightly
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons yeast, instant
- 3/4 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Place liquids in bread maker. Add flour and sugar on top of liquid. Make a well in the centre of the flour for the yeast. Place the salt around the edge, avoiding the well. Place yeast in the well.

Add raisins 10-15 minutes into the mixing.
