- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 cup margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Measure first 6 ingredients in a large plastic bag or bowl. Mix well.
Cut off wing tips and save for SOUP. Separate wings at the joint. Dip each piece in melted butter, then in cheese mixture. Coat completely. Place on foil lined baking sheet with sides.

Bake uncovered in 350 F oven for 45 min until tender. Serve hot.

NOTE: Adding a few fine bread crumbs to the cheese mixture makes it go farther. Too many will weaken the flavour
