- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1-2 cups salsa, chunky
- 2 cups cheddar cheese blend, taco
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- 3 green onions, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients together. IF they are at room temperature they will mix creamy with no lumps. Spread over pizza pan.
Spread salsa over cream cheese. ADD the cheese, green peppers, tomato and onions in the order you wish, Cover and chill until ready to serve. Supply assorted crackers, tortilla chips and spoons for the dip.
