1 or 2 chicken breast WITH skin
Olive Oil
Garlic salt
Oregano
Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place chicken breast in a baking pan. Liberally drizzle chicken with olive oil. Liberally sprinkle with garlic salt and oregano. Turn over and repeat on other side. Turn chicken so the bone side is down. Do not cover. Cook 1 hour for small breasts or 1.5 hours for large ones.
