- 1 1/2 pounds ground pork
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large red bell pepper, cubed
- 2 large banana peppers, cubed
- 2 large jalapeņo peppers, cubed
- 1 medium onion, cubed
- 3 large garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/2 can tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 1 small can Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 2 cans kidney beans, drained
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cocoa
