- 1.5 lb. pork roast or cutlets, cut in strips
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 2 or 3 onions medium, chopped
- 2 sour pickles, chopped finely
- 1/2 cup Stock
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- salt, to taste
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tablespoon flour

Directions:

Fry the pork in oil until lightly browned stirring frequently.

Add onions and sauté till tender. Sprinkle with the flour and continue cooking for 2 or 3 minutes.

Add stock, sour cream, salt and paprika. Bring to a boil stirring and remove from the heat.

Add pickles before serving to the stroganoff.

NOTES:

When I make this recipe I always add a few extra pickles. If the stroganoff is to thick I add a little milk to thin it out. I always serve this over homemade egg noodles.
