2 Tbsp butter
2 tsp. minced fresh rosemary
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 - 8 cups cabbage, cut into 1-inch squares
1/4 cup white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Place a large saute pan over medium heat. Add butter and
melt, but don't let it brown. Add rosemary and cook, stirring
for about 25 seconds. Add salt, pepper and cabbage. Toss
lightly to coat cabbage with butter and seasonings. Turn
heat to medium-low and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring
occasionally.

Add white wine. Cook, stirring, until cabbage can be pierced
with a fork, but is still crisp. Remove from heat and serve
immediately.
