3/4 cup butter (room temperature)
1 pkg. (19.8 oz) fudge brownie mix
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract, optional
1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp. flour
48 Hershey's Hugs from 1 (13 oz) package

In bowl with mixer on medium beat butter until smooth. Reduce speed. Beat in
half of mix, egg, vanilla and extract until combined. Beat in flour with reamining
mix until dough just forms. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours. Preheat oven to
350 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Roll level tablespoonfuls
of dough into balls; place balls 2" apart on baking sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes or
until cookies are puffed and edges are set. Put 1 Hug in center of each cookie.
Cool on pans 10 minutes. Remove from pans. Cool on racks.
