Ingredients:  
1 cup oil
1 tsp. baking soda
4 ripe bananas, mashed
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Mix oil and sugar together, mash
bananas, add flour, water and soda. Add eggs well beaten and
nuts. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour.
Cool about 10 minutes and remove from pans. Sprinkle with
powdered sugar. You can substitue 1 cup honey and 1 cup sugar
for the 2 cups of sugar.
