1 beef brisket
2 medium yellow onions, sliced
2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Arrange enough heavy-duty aluminum foil in bottom of roasting pan. Set brisket on top of onions. Sprinkle onion soup over meat and seal tightly with foil. Roast until meat is tender, about 5 hours. Freeze any leftovers.
