3 lbs fresh pork spareribs, cut into serving pieces
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/2 currant jelly
2 Tbsp soy sauce

Directions:
Arrange pork spareribs meaty sides up in 3-quart casserole. Cover loosely and microwave on medium (50%), rearranging every 3 minutes, until no pink remains, 27 to 29 minutes; drain and rearrange. Mix chili sauce, currant jelly and soy sauce in 2-cup measure. Cover loosely and microwave on HIGH (100%) to boiling, 2 to 3 minutes; stir. Pour sauce over ribs. Cover tightly and microwave on medium (50%), rearranging every 15 minutes, until meat separates from bones, 45 to 50 minutes.
