2 lbs extra lean ground beef
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 package of frozen tater tots (approx 2 lbs)

Directions:
Directions:
Pat ground beef in bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan. Spread soup over meat and cover with grated cheese. Top off pan with tater tots.

Cover the pan and place in a preheated oven at 350º. Bake covered dish for 45 minutes and remove the cover. Then bake for an additional 15 minutes.

This is a quick and hearty meal that makes a cold evening warmer. Serves about 8, but not at our house.
