4 chicken breasts
1/3 c buttermilk.
1/2 c of canola oil.
1/2 c flour
1/2 t garlic powder
1/4 t of black pepper.

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse chicken and pat dry. Soak overnight in buttermilk.
In flat dish, combine flour, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well and coat chicken.
In frying pan heat oil and fry breasts until golden brown. Remove chicken to a baking dish and cook for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees in the oven.
