Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Rack of Baby back pork ribs
Apple Juice
McCormicks dry rub
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Black Pepper
Seasoned Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Remove the ribs from the package and rinse them off under the cold water faucet.
Remove the thin membrane from the underside of the ribs. I use a Phillips head screw driver to do this. Once you get it started, it will pull right off.
Cut the rack of ribs in half so they will fit in to a baking dish.
I can usually fit 4 half racks in to a long baking dish.
With the ribs in the pan, rub in the dry rub, and all of the other spices listed. Be creative and sprinkle on other items you think might taste good.
Pour in some apple juice in to the baking dish so it is about 1/2" deep.
Cover the baking dish with foil and put in to the 300º oven.
Check after 3 hours and cover them with some bbq sauce of your choice.
Back in the oven for 2 more hours.
Remove from oven after a total of 5 hours and leave covered while you get the grill heating up.
When the grill is ready, put another coat of bbq sauce on the ribs and leave them on the grill for about 10 to 15 minutes per side.
The grill time is to give the ribs a nice golden brown look.
More bbq sauce in between turning.

Personal Notes:
Cooking them low and slow and finishing them off on the grill will give you the fall off the bone type ribs that are tender and juicy.
Paper towels required at the table!
