8 slices of bread, crust removed
2 c. cubed ham (or any other meat you choose)
2 c. shredded american cheese, or velveeta
8 additional slices of bread, crust removed
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter











Directions:
Directions:
Place 8 slices of bread in greased pan (cake pan or other)
Place slices to fit to the edges
Sprinkle ham and cheese over bread
Cover slices of bread over the mixture, again to fit to edges
Mix eggs, milk, salt and mustard and pour over bread
Cover with foil
Refrigerate overnight
In the morning, bring to room temperature (leave out 1 - 2 hours)
Mix corn flakes and butter and put over top
Bake for one hour at 350º
