8 oz package of cream cheese- softened
10 ¾ oz can of cream of chicken soup
4 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces, drained (optional) 4 FROZEN boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 envelope dry Italian salad dressing mix
1 Cup water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place chicken in crock-pot.
2. Combine salad dressing mix and water and pour over chicken.
3. Cover. Cook on high 4 hours or low 6-8 hours.
4. Combine cheese and soup until well blended. Stir in mushrooms and pour over chicken.
5. Cover. Cook on low 1 hour or until chicken juices run clear.
6. Serve over rice or noodles.
