Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 yellow cake mix
1 egg (room temperature)
1 stick of melted butter (room temperature)
1 tbsp. of flour
1 tsp. of vanilla extract
1/2 cups of M&M's
1/2 cup of mini-chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350 Degrees.

Mix the cake mix and flour together in one bowl. Mix the egg, butter and vanilla together in another bowl. While stirring combine the wet ingredients in with the dry. The dough will be a stretchy, consistency kind of like bread dough. Then stir in M&M's and chocolate chips.

Scoop the dough out with a tablespoon and roll into a ball, and gently flatten them out on the non-stick cookie sheet. Put them about an inch apart on the cookie sheet. Then bake for 11 minutes. They will not brown, they stay the light yellow color of the dough.

Personal Notes:
This cookie dough makes a great base for all types of different cookies! I have made these with dried cranberries and white chocolate chips before instead of the M&M's and they were wonderful! I've done peanut butter chips and chocolate chips, anything will work with this dough. As far as the yellow cake mix, I have tried a few and Betty Crocker always tasted the best. Enjoy!
