1 can Fat free, low sodium cream of chicken soup

Directions:
De-bone and dice as much of the chicken as you would like in the pie. Mix broth and cream of chicken soup in a big pot. Cut up 1-2 potatoes and cook them in the broth mixture. When potatoes are almost done, add as much of the mixed veggies as you want. Do a quick re-heat of the diced chicken and add it to the pot. Stir in the potato soup powder. Add Mrs. Dash (or any other seasoning) to taste. Bring to boil and pour into baking dish (size depends on how much veggies and chicken you have added). Open the croissants, unroll and stretch the dough until it fits over the top of the pie. Put in the oven and bake per the instructions on the croissant package. Enjoy!!
