2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup sour milk or sour cream
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup boiling water

FROSTING:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

1/4 cup milk or cream
2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl in the order of the list. Mix with electric beater for 2 minutes. Place in greased 9X13 inch pan. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.

Frosting:
Melt butter, stir in sugar and salt and bring to a boil. Remove. Add milk. Put back on stove and heat to a boil again. Cool to lukewarm. Stir in powdered sugar. Immediately frost cake as the frosting hardens quickly.
