1 lb. Bacon
2 qt. carrots
1 pt. cream or half and half
1 jar of cheeze whiz

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 2 quarts of carrots that are sliced. ( they shouldn't be too soft)
Bake one pound of bacon in the oven until mildly crisp.
Using the grease from the bacon, add flour until slightly thick.
Add a pint of cream or half and half.
Add a jar of cheese whiz.
Pour over cooked carrots and bacon.
Bake covered at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
