Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups flour (1 white, 1 whole wheat)
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup oil
2/3 cup water
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 450º F
Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Set aside. Mix oil, water and vanilla in separate measuring cup, then add to the dry mixture; mix until blended. Knead dough 20 to 25 times on a floured board.
Roll the dough into a 1/4 " thick rectangle, approximately 11" x 14". In a small bowl, mix the melted margarine with the brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread evenly over dough. Roll dough up like a jelly-roll, so that you end up with one 14" long roll. Pinch closed.
Slice roll into 1" wide slices and place into ungreased muffin tins so that the spirals show. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 450º F until golden brown. Remove and serve warm. You can drizzle with icing, but they might not last long enough!
