1 can fruit cocktail
1 pkg. of any red jello
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup nuts
1 cup whipped cream

Drain fruit cocktail reserving juice. Add enough water to juice to make 1 cup. Dissolve jello and sugar in 1 cup boiling water, add the reserved syrup/water and add lemon juice. Chill partially until set. Stir in the chilled cooked rice, drained fruit cocktail and nuts. Fold in the whipped cream and chill.
