4 slices round steak, cut 1/4" thick (Roladen is available ready cut in Grocery stores)
Salt & Pepper
Mustard
1/4 lb. lean back bacon finely chopped
1 small onion finely chopped
1 cup vegetable oil
Brown Gravy mix

Directions:
Directions:
Salt & pepper the meat to taste. Spread mustard on one side of the meat. Mix bacon with the onions and spread on the mustard side of the meat. Roll up lengthwise and secure with a toothpick. Preheat oil in frying pan. Add meat rolls and brown lightly. Make at least 2 cups of gravy. Put browned rolls in ovenware dish and cover with gravy. Bake at 350ºF for 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
