1/4 c butter, no substitute
3/4 c honey
1/4 c molasses
2 eggs
1c mashed bananas
2 1/4 c whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 c milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 c coarsely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, honey and molasses; add eggs and mix well. Stir in bananas. Sift dry ingredients together, add creamed mixture alternating with milk. Beat only until smooth. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into well buttered loaf pan, bake at 350º for 60 to 80 minutes or until done.
