1 box graham crackers
2 packages French Vanilla instant pudding
3 cups cold milk
12 oz. container Cool Whip
1 can chocolate frosting or 1/2 cup cream and 5 oz. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place one layer of graham crackers in the bottom of a 9 inch X 12 inch cake pan
2. Mix the pudding mix and milk together. Then add the Cool Whip and mix
3. Pour this mixture over the graham crackers
4. Add another layer of graham crackers over the pudding mix
5. Cover with frosting mix or heat the cream and pour over chocolate chips and let sit until the chips are melting. Stir well then let cool
6. Spread over the top layer of graham crackers. Let this chill in a refrigerator over night and then enjoy.
