400 g. sweet corn kernels
80 g. pine nuts
150 g. carrot
25 g. cooking oil
1 tsp salt (teaspoon)
3 tsp white sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Rinse the corn kernels, pine nuts and carrots
2. Dice the carrot as small as corn kernels
3. Bring a pan of water to a boil
4. Add the corn kernels for about 4 minutes until medium to well-done
5. Drain the corn through a colander.
6. Put in a frying pan the pine nuts and roast them until they turn golden yellow and fragrant. During the roasting you should roll or turn them.
7. Remove the nuts into a dish
8. Add some cooking oil to the pan and heat it. Add the corn kernels and the diced carrot and saute them for 2 minutes with the salt, white sugar and a little water.
9. Add the pine nuts and stir-fry briefly.
10. Place the mixture on a plate and enjoy.
