3/4 cup Sugar
1 Egg Yolk
2 tsp. Almond Extract
3 tsp. Orange Juice
1 1/4 cups Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
5 cups Coconut Flakes
1 bag Hershey Kisses
