Torta de ahuyama

1 pound pumpkin
1 cup water
Cinnamon sticks
5 eggs
1 Cake mix
¼ pound fresh cheese grated
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup raisins
1/3 cup of butter softened

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pumpkin in water with cinnamon until tender
Mix eggs, water, and cake mix. You can use the water used to cook pumpkin.
Stir mashed pumpkin
Add cheese, vanilla, and butter
Spoon into a greased baking dish and top with raisins
Bake 25-30 minutes until done
Serve cool
