½ c. olive oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tbsp. Cajun (or brown) mustard
1 tsp. onion powder
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well then add 3 cans of beer. Pour over ribs in large pan and refrigerate overnight. Place ribs over barbeque grill, reserving extra marinade to baste ribs with until done. Baste also when serving. Cut down to 1/3 the recipe for family use.
