2 lbs. hamburger meat
½ bell pepper
½ purple onion
1 jalapeño
Salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. of Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. of Dijon mustard (regular mustard will work)
2 tsp. of ketchup
2 tsp. of Italian dressing (optional)
12 oz. of bacon

First dice up all the peppers and onions and place in a large mixing bowl. Next add all of the remaining ingredients and mix well. Then using your hands, mix the meat and contents of the mixing bowl together until the mixture will form a log. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Take out a cookie sheet and tear of a large piece of parchment paper. Lay the paper on the cookie sheet and then in the middle, line individual pieces of bacon vertically down the middle of the cookie sheet. Take the meat mixture and form a log down the middle of the bacon and then wrap the bacon ends around the meat. Wrap the formed loaf with the parchment paper and cook in the oven until meat is fully cooked. You can open up the paper and put a line of ketchup when loaf is about 10 minutes from being completely cooked.
