1 3/4 cups sugar
5 eggs
1 can cream of coconut
1 cup milk
1/4 cup margarine, softened or melted
1/2 cup plus 2 tbs flour
3 cups flaked coconut
2 unbaked 9-inch pie shells

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together sugar and eggs. Add cream of coconut, milk, and margarine. Add flour and coconut. Pour into pie shells. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 350 degrees, and continue baking for 30 minutes until brown.
