2 cans Progresso clam sauce
2 jars Progresso marinated artichoke hearts
2 large onions
garlic to your taste, we put in about six toes
1 can of mushrooms
crushed red pepper to your taste
1/4 cup half & half, or whatever you have
4 slices American cheese

Chop onions and add to pan you have put olive oil in. Also add garlic. when these are clear add the cans of sauce. Then chop the artichoke hearts to your desired size.(we like the bigger pieces, due to liking the taste}. Add to pan along with the marinade in the jar. Drain mushrooms and add. Season to taste, add the dairy product of your choice after it has cooked for a while.
Add the American cheese to thicken the sauce. Pour over cooked pasta of your choice. We like linguine, but it is good on anything. We mix the sauce and pasta together. Serve with Parmesan cheese, salad and bread.

Very easy to make. Freezes great. We have made batches and put it in plastic bags, frozen them, and taken on boat trips. Warms up great in microwave. Great company meal.
