1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup chopped nion
1 1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup milk

Sauce:
1/3 cup catsup
2 T brown sugar
1 T prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350.
2. Combine all ingredients for meat loaf; mix thoroughly. Pack firmly into a load pan. (I usually put into into the middle of a cake pan and spread it out more so that it bakes faster).
3. Combine all ingredients for sauce and pour over meat loaf.
4. Bake for 1 hour or until center is no longer pink.
