2 lbs. Hamburger Meat
2 packages Taco Seasoning
2 cans Pinto Beans (undrained)
2 cans diced Ro-Tel (undrained)
2 cups shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
1 package Spanish Rice
Tortilla Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger meat then drain.
Add taco seasoning to meat and cook as directed.
While taco meat is simmering, cook the Mexican rice as directed.
In a large pan, add the pinto beans and ro-tel.
After the taco meat and Mexican rice are done, add it to the pinto beans and ro-tel mixture. Heat on top of the stove.
Add cheese to mixture. Mix until well blended.
Put tortillia chips in bowls and pour the mixture over the chips.
