Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 tbsp. Butter
16 Peanut butter sandwich cookies
6 tbsp. Smooth peanut butter
2 pints Premium quality vanilla ice cream, softened
24 Miniature peanut butter cup candies
1/4 cup Chocolate fudge sauce
1/3 cup Chopped peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter. In a blender or food processor, grind the cookies into fine crumbs. Combine cookie crumbs and butter and press into the bottom and up the sides of a 9” pie pan. Chill in freezer, about 10 minutes. Stir peanut butter into the softened ice cream until blended. Pack half the ice cream mixture into the bottom of the frozen crust and put the remaining ice cream mixture back in the freezer to keep it from melting. Press the peanut butter cups into the ice cream in the pie shell about ¼” apart. Spread remaining ice cream on top. Freeze pie until firm, at least 2 hours. Drizzle the chocolate over the pie. Garnish with chopped nuts.

** If you prefer a bit of caramel with the chocolate and peanut butter, substitute the chocolate sauce with caramel sauce for the drizzle on the top.

This was a favorite summer dessert of our kids - especially Tyson who used to ask for it as his "birthday cake".
