2 pkgs cream cheese, 8oz each
1 cup grated cheddar
1 tbsp chopped pimento (I use finely chopped red pepper)
1 tbsp chopped green pepper
1/2 tbsp finely chopped onion
2 tsp worchestershire sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
Dash of cayenne pepper
Finely chopped parsley

Directions:

Make sure cream cheese is softened then mix in all ingredients. You can use a mixer or by hand. Lastly, roll ball in parsley or chopped nuts. Pecans or walnuts work well.

Makes quite a large cheese ball. Can be made into two smaller balls.
