1 Large (about 30 oz,) can sauerkraut, drained
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion, minced
1 c. celery, diced
1 4-oz. jar pimientos, drained
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sauerkraut, green pepper, onion, celery, and pimientos together and marinate overnight in sugar, oil and vinegar mixture. Keeps indefinitely in the refrigerator.
