1 tsp grated lime peel
2 T lime juice
2 T reserved pineapple juice from can of pineapple
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red pepper sauce
2 cloves garlic chopped
kabobs
3/4 pounds uncooked peeled large shrimp
1 can pineapple chunks
1 orange bell pepper
4 medium green onion cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces

in a shallow bowl or resealable bag mix marinade ingredients. add shrimp pineapple peppers and onion.stir to coat cover refrigerate 15 to 3o minutes
heat grill.thread on skewers reserve marinade
place kabobs on grill on medium heat. cover grill cook 5 to 7 minutes turning and brushing with marinade
