1 stick butter
1/2 C. shortening
3 T. sugar
2 scant C. flour
1 C. flaked coconut, angel type
powdered sugar for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
Cream all ingredients together. Roll into two rolls, wrap in waxed paper, and put them in the freezer about 1 1/2 hours or till you can slice them neatly.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 15 to 20 minutes till VERY light brown.
Dip into powdered sugar.
