1. Topping:
8 oz cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
1 cup chocolate chips

2. Cupcakes
1 ½ cups flour
1 cup sugar
¼ cup cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp white vinegar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients in a mixer. Add chocolate chips and mix until just blended.
Mix remaining ingredients together in a bowl. Grease cupcake pans. Add cupcake mixture to each well of the cupcake pan but only fill half way. Fill the remainder with the cream cheese topping. Cook in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
