1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 tbsp wheat germ
2 tbsp skim milk powder
1 tbsp baking powder
2 eggs
2 cups 2% milk
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
* In bowl, whisk all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, wheat germ, skim milk powder, baking powder.
* In separate bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar and 2 tbsp of the oil; stir into the flour mixture until just combined.
* Heat waffle iron; brush lightly with some of the remaining oil. Pour in 1/2 cup batter for each waffle, spreading to edges. Close lid and cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until golden and steam stops.
Makes 8 waffles, or 4 to 6 servings.
