1 box Angel Food Cake Mix
1 (20 ounces) can of crushed pineapple (In it's own juice)

Directions:
Mix cake mix and pineapple (with it's juice). No need to use mixer. Stir by hand until it becomes frothy.

Pour into a 9"x13" dish/pan that has been sprayed with Pam No-Stick cooking spray and then floured. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.

Be sure cake turns dark brown on top.

You can also use 20 ounces of strawberries (fresh or frozen). You will need to use the juice of the strawberries. Also you can add coconut with the pineapple.
