1 (18.25 box oz.) German Chocolate Cake Mix
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 5 oz. can evaporated milk
1 (14 oz. )package caramels
3/4 cup Butter or margarine
1 cup crushed pecans

Directions:
Directions:
1 Preheat oven to 350 degree. Lightly grease one 13x9 inch cake pan.
2. Make cake mix according to package directions. Pour 1/2 of the batter into the prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
3. In a saucepan over medium low heat, melt caramels, margarine, and milk.
Pour over top of baked cake. Top with Chocolate chips and 1/2 of the pecans. Pour remaining cake batter over top and sprinkle with remaining pecans. Bake 350 Degrees for 25 minutes more.
