1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted
4 chicken breasts or 1 fryer cut-up
4 c. corn flakes or rice crispies
1 Tbsp. instant onions
1 Tbsp. dried parsley
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper

Melt butter. Put chicken aside. In blender or food processor combine all remaining ingredients and blend well. Dip chicken in melted butter. Coat generously in crumb mixture. Bake on a foil covered baking sheet or pan at 350ºF for 1 hour.

Note: I always use the remaining butter and crumbs on top of the chicken when it is ready to be put in the oven. Waste not, want not.
