3 c. sweet potatoes cooked and mashed
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 stick butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 can crushed pineapple (drained)

Topping
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 stick margarine melted
1/3 c. flour
1 c. pecans chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mill all ingredients except topping and place in a greased baking dish. Mix topping and spread over potato mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 300º.
