I can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup, undiluted

I can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom, undiluted (not all my kids like mushroom so I usually use celery instead)

2 cups (16oz.) sour cream

3/4 cup cooking wine (dry white) or chicken broth (when doubling it I do 1/2 & 1/2)

1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

1/2 medium onion, chopped (I use dried minced)

1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (I use fresh minced)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

6 boneless chicken breast halves

hot cooked rice or noodles

Chopped Parsley for Garnish





Directions:

Mix first 10 ingredients together.

Pour in a 9x13 casserole dish.

Place chicken on top of sauce and bake for 1 hour or more @ 350*. (I usually flip the chicken over halfway through so it doesn't get dried out.)

Serve over hot rice or noodles.
