3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/3 cup honey
1/8 cup melted butter (not margarine)
1/3 cup dijon mustard
1 tsp to 1 Tbsp (depending on taste) curry powder
1 pinch cayanne pepper (or more if you like it spicy)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
place thighs in a baking dish so that they are touching slightly but not crowding the pan.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mix all sauce ingredients together and pour over chicken.
Bake for 30 minutes, baste with some of the sauce and bake for another 20 to 30 minutes until done.

Serve with any type of rice you like.

This makes lots of sauce.
