½ cup butter
½ up brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
1 egg
1 ½ cups flour
½ tsp baking soda
1 tbsp brandy
Directions:
Directions:
Fold in ¾ cup white chocolate chunks and 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries.
Drop on cookie sheet and bake at 3750F for 8 – 10 minutes. Allow to cool on cookie sheet for a minute after you take them out of the oven.
